Welcome to the Elm Ridge Animal Hospital family !

Our goal is to show you every day how much we love your furry family member and cherish your participation in our practice. Dr. Melanie Butera, Dr. Stacy Bridges, Dr. Mike Bridges, and our entire staff are united in the vision of providing impeccable care for your beloved pets, with intense attention to "outrageously excellent" customer service. We also welcome the privilege to positively impact our local community and strive to be  patron, participant, and organizer of many local events, charity drives,and programs.

At this web page, you will find information about our practice philosophy, services, staff, service projects, and also news, fun activities, and photos. We will feature educational pages on topics essential to proper pet care, including pet insurance plans. For your convenience, we are linked to an extensive Pet Medical Library. In time, you will be able to securely access your pet's medical records, submit follow-up, and request an appointment or call.

We will use the internet to provide convenience, enhanced services,education, and even entertainment. We will not use it, though, to replace the one-on-one personal contact that we feel is our practice essence. We still want you to get that "just-hugged" feeling whenever you interact with any of our staff.

We started in a small store-front on Locust (Portage) in Canal Fulton, but with your patience, support, encouragement, and guidance, we have built a fun, friendly practice on a foundation of excellence and heart.  If you share our vision of what a veterinary team should be like, we welcome you to take the journey with us.
